Creating content is easy. Managing the production of content across YouTube, Twitter, and a newsletter is the hard part.

Most content creators start with a simple note or a spreadsheet. But as you scale, the number of "moving parts" becomes overwhelming. You have a script being written, a video being edited by a contractor, a thumbnail being designed, and three social posts being scheduled. If you try to manage this in a vertical list, you lose the sense of "flow." You need a pipeline that shows you exactly where every piece of content stands in the production cycle.

The Channels-as-Rows Model

Axtio's 2D grid is perfect for content pipelines. You can dedicate a row to each channel: "YouTube," "Newsletter," "LinkedIn," etc. This allows you to see your entire content strategy on a single screen. When you have a new idea, you hit 'N' and dump it into the "Next Steps" court for that specific channel. When you start working on it, you pull it into "Mine."

Visualizing the Hand-off

If you work with an editor or a designer, the "Other" column becomes your most valuable asset. When you finish recording a video, you drag the card to "Other" and assign it to your editor. You instantly see that the ball is in their court. You don't have to check Slack or email to know the status; the board shows you that the newsletter is "Waiting on Proofreading" or the video is "In Post-Production."

The Done Court: Your Catalog

For creators, the "Done" court is more than just a graveyard; it is a catalog of your output. Seeing a row full of completed cards gives you the visual momentum to keep creating. It also helps you spot gaps: if your "Newsletter" row is empty but your "LinkedIn" row is full, you know you need to shift your focus.
