Every deal is a chain of follow-ups with buyers, sellers, lenders, and inspectors. Drop one link and the whole deal wobbles.

Deals die in the follow-up gaps

A real estate deal is a relay race of handoffs: buyer, seller, lender, inspector, title. The agent who wins is the one who never drops a baton. But with a dozen deals running at once, the follow-ups blur together, and a single forgotten call can cost a closing.

A row per listing or client

Put each active deal in its own row. Actions that are yours — send the disclosure, call the buyer — sit in Mine. Anything you're waiting on — lender approval, inspection report — sits in Other, clearly not your move but never forgotten. The pipeline becomes a single, honest board.

Aging follow-ups get chased

The magic is in the Other court: a card waiting too long on a lender or a client starts to nudge, so you follow up before the deal stalls. You're chasing on your terms, not scrambling when a deadline surprises you.

Fast capture between showings

Between showings and calls, capture has to be instant. Axtio's five-second capture lets you drop a new to-do the moment a client mentions it, so it's on the board before you forget — which, on a busy day, is about ninety seconds later.
